Returns and Exchanges

We know you will be as passionate about Rainbeau Moves products as we are. However, we understand that, sometimes, things just don't work out.If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and it's within the date range for your return request type, we will gladly honor a return or exchange. For customers within the United States, you can request a refund, store credit, or an exchange. For customers outside of the United States, you can request a refund or store credit. You can request a refund up to 30 days after you place an order. Store credit or exchanges can be requested up to 60 days after ordering. All merchandise must remain undamaged and unaltered. All garments are subject to inspection. We ask that you allow 5 - 10 business days after we receive your return for it to be processed.

This is required for the return/exchange process.

Upon completing this step, you'll be notified if your return has been accepted or rejected.

To avoid delays with your Exchange or Refund, all returns/exchanges must be accompanied by the original invoice/receipt and a return request must be submitted. We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping and handling fees. We highly recommend all returns are sent with tracking information or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for return packages lost in transit.

The return address will be provided once you've submitted a return/exchange request and it's been accepted.

Please do not ship your return/exchange before receiving approval.

Please note: PayPal will not allow refunds after 60 days from payment.

If the 60 day limit is passed by the time we receive your return,

we can offer you store credit equivalent to the value of the items you're returning.

What you need to do:

Use your order’s original box or any other plain unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.

Remove Any pre-existing labels or stickers from the shipping box

Seal your box completely

Bring your package and our return address to the courier of your choice (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) and choose your shipping method back to us. (NOTE: We strongly recommend obtaining and saving your return tracking number until you are notified that we have completed your refund.)


How Long The Refund Process Takes:

5 - 7 Business Days for your package to get to the fulfillment center.

5 - 10 Business Days for us to inspect and process your return back into inventory and complete the processing of your refund

2-10 Business Days for your financial institution to post your credit back to your account
